Scope ​

  • Org-scoped integration plane for downstream systems and partners.
  • Provides subscription (webhooks), CDC feeds, and bulk jobs for event streams.
  • No UI; headless API + eventing only.

Clarifications (B14) ​

  • Scope: webhooks, CDC, bulk import/export, KPI rollups, connector management (no internal admin surfaces).
  • Jobs/bulk: jobs are stateful (queued → running → completed|failed|canceled); progress includes counts and cursors.
  • KPI rollups: KPI snapshots include dimensions (org, facility, channel) and time buckets; alerts emit inbox items.
