Status

  • Implementation: implemented (core orders/fulfillment/returns + tender liability capture/void/settle + layaway auto-void on cancel + OMS/DOM expansion: promise quotes, routing policies/plans, exception workflows)
  • OpenAPI: /scm/openapi.yaml

Scope

  • Org-scoped, facility-aware, and channel-aware where applicable.
  • No UI; headless API + eventing only.

Clarifications (B8)

  • Order lifecycle: draft/quote → placed → allocated → fulfilled → closed; cancel and return paths are explicit and auditable.
  • Promise workflow: promise/quotereserveallocatecommitrelease (release on cancel/expiry).
  • Pricing & tax: SCM captures price snapshots from PPM and tax policy references for audit; price resolution should happen before order place.
  • Routing policy: routing plans capture facility splits and SLA confidence; policies can be updated and applied per channel/facility.
  • Returns/refunds: return intake creates inventory adjustments (ICS) and financial events (Accounting).
